Please read these terms before using hot-flirtini.com. They set out what Flirtini offers, what we ask of you, and where the limits of the service lie.

1. Agreement. These terms form the agreement between you and Flirtini covering your use of hot-flirtini.com and everything offered through it. Using the site means you accept them.
2. Eligibility. The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are younger than that, please do not use it.
3. Nature of the service. Flirtini provides written conversation with invented personalities. Every reply is fiction generated for entertainment and company.
4. No real individuals. Names, biographies and portraits are imagined. No personality on this site represents, depicts or speaks for a real person.
5. Not professional advice. Nothing written here is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it must never be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional.
6. Emergencies. The service cannot help in an emergency. If you or someone else is at risk, contact your local emergency number or a crisis service immediately.
7. Acceptable use. Use the site lawfully and considerately. Do not attempt to obtain unlawful material, harass others, or misuse the service in a way that harms anyone.

18. Feedback. If you send us an idea or suggestion, we may use it to improve the service without obligation or payment, and without claiming anything else of yours.
19. Privacy. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of this agreement.
20. Age controls. We may take reasonable steps to confirm that users are adults and may suspend access where a serious doubt remains.
21. Suspension. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where the law requires it, or where continued use would harm other users.
22. Disclaimers. The service is provided as it stands. So far as the law allows, we make no warranty that content will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
23. Limitation of liability. So far as the law allows, Flirtini is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss of profit arising from use of the site.
24. Indemnity. You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer as a result of your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.
25. Changes to these terms. We may update this page. Material changes take effect when published, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
26. Notices. Formal notices to us should be sent through the contact page. We will reach you at the address you provided.
27. Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under this agreement. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.
28. Severability. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue to apply in full.
29. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the place where Flirtini is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without affecting the consumer rights you hold locally.
30. Entire agreement. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and Flirtini about the use of this site.
